Norway and Russia ratify treaty on maritime delimitation

Norwegian Foreign Minister Jonas Gahr St�re and Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov have exchanged the instruments of ratification of the Treaty on Maritime Delimitation and Cooperation in the Barents Sea and the Arctic Ocean.
