Vice President Namadi Sambo and Nasarawa State governor, Umaru Tanko Al-Makura, weekend, joined millions of Nigerians in mourning the passage of the northern icon, retired Group Captain Usman Jibrin, former military governor of the old North-Central State which was later renamed Kaduna State.
