ESA Agrees to Wait with Icesave Court Decision

The EFTA Surveillance Authority (ESA) has agreed with the reasoning of the Icelandic government that it is right to wait for documents on the bankruptcy estate of Landsbanki before making a decision on whether the Icesave dispute should be taken to court.
