Panasonic Convention? promoting loyalty, creating accessibility

EASE of access of a product plays an essential role in brand success. Understanding this, Panaserv Nigeria Limited, authorized service agents for Panasonic consumer electronic products in Nigeria, held its annual Dealer?s Convention in conjunction with Panasonic Corporation, Japan, in Lagos last week where dealers were commended and appreciated for ensuring the accessibility of its products to the end users.

The convection was also used to unveil the latest products line up of the 2011 models of air conditioners, flat screen televisions, home theatre and music systems, digital still cameras and camcorders, home appliances and kitchen appliances.

One of the products exhibited at the convention is Smart Viera Infotainment Televisions series, which encompasses 3D, LED/LCD and Plasma televisions.

The Promoter, Panaserv Nigeria, representative of Panasonic in Nigeria, Mr. Suraj Rupani said that the new innovative products being introduced into the Nigeria market are aimed at meeting the sophisticated taste of Nigerian consumers.

The wide range of internet-enabled televisions, to Rupani, demonstrates Panasonic?s commitment to providing Nigeria consumers with world-class entertainment options. According to him, new outlets will be opened across the country to better reach the consumers.

The new series of Internet Protocol Television models provide easy access to variety of internet services and Web entertainment including youtube, shoutcast, facebook, twitter, Bloomberg, daily motion among other web-based services.

It was learnt that in recent years, Panasonic has diversified its product range available in Nigeria, consisting of air conditioners and fans, kitchen appliances- refrigerators, microwaves, blenders, rice cookers; home appliances- irons, vacuum cleaners, personal and beauty care products, new digital still cameras, high definition camcorders, home theatre systems, LCD/LED/3D/Plasma flat screen televisions ranging from 32 inches to the world?s largest 3D plasma television 103 inches.

After members of the Panasonic team from Japan took turn to explain the features of each of the products on display at the exhibition and why Panasonic products should be the preferred to the consumers who want innovative and quality durable products, Rupani and the team from Japan answered the various questions by the media and dealers.
