|||The ANC will win all municipalities in the country to bring about meaningful change, President Jacob Zuma told the ANC's final election rally at the FNB Stadium, in Johannesburg, on Sunday.
“We know that many of our people still do not have houses, water and electricity,” he said.
“We want to see faster provision of municipal access roads, water infrastructure, sanitation and electricity.”
He said many people wanted free basic service extended to include refuse removal for poor households.
They also wanted clean local government with no corruption. - Sapa
