Hunt for thief after bag and valuables stolen from rugby club changing room

POLICE are hunting a thief who stole a bag containing valuables from a changing room at West Bridgford Rugby Club.

Items including cash, jewellery and mobile phones were stolen from the club, in Stamford Road.

The incident happened at around 3pm on Saturday, December 11.

The thief entered the changing room after he told a member of staff he needed to get a bag from inside.

A bag containing the belongings of five rugby players was later found to have been taken.

The suspect is described as white, about 55 years old, and about 6ft tall.

He had grey hair, was said to have a droopy right eye and was wearing a black trench coat at the time of the theft.
