Blast: Police make some arrests

Some arrests have been made by the police in connection with the attack on the United Nations building in Nigeria last Friday, Inspector General of Police (IGP) Hafiz Ringim said in Abuja yesterday. He also assured members of the diplomatic corps in the country of their safety.
