COURSE: An eight-week course offering people the chance to find out more about Jesus and Christianity starts at 7.30pm tonight at St Mark's Church, Shelton with Etruria.
CLUB: St Mary Magdalene Church, Alsager, will hold a youth club tomorrow at 6.15pm.
SERVICES: All Saints' Church, Odd Rode, will hold a holy communion service at 8am and a joint parish service at 10.30am on Sunday.
ACTIVITIES: Parish communion with children's activities will take place at St Mary Magdalene Church, Alsager, on Sunday at 10am, and there will be an evensong service for Candlemas at 6.30pm.
COMMUNION: St Andrew's Church, the Westlands, holds a holy communion service every Sunday at 8am.
WORSHIP: Family worship with communion and 'Stepping Stones' will be held at All Saints' Church, Madeley, on Sunday at 10.45am.
SPIRITUALIST: Newcastle Christian Spiritualist Church will host a clairvoyant evening with Elaine Bagshaw on Monday at the Senior Citizens' Centre, Hanover Street, Newcastle. Doors open at 6pm and the session starts at 6.45pm. To find out more, call 01782 561271.
LUNCH: A Eucharist service takes place at 11am every Wednesday at the Church of the Good Shepherd, Rode Heath. The service is followed by the Wednesday Lunch Club, which serves soup, cake, and tea or coffee. The club meets at 11.45am and all profits from the lunches go to charitable causes or church projects.
COFFEE: Tunstall Salvation Army will host a coffee morning in Dunning Street, Tunstall, on Saturday, February 5, from 10am to 12noon.
MESSY: A 'Messy Church' event will take place in St Andrew's Church Hall, the Westlands, on Saturday, February 5, between 4pm and 5.30pm.
